What You'll Do

As our Restaurant Host, you will:

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries across multiple booking platforms.
• Coordinate seating plans to maximize guest flow and dining room efficiency.
• Monitor table availability and communicate closely with the Dining Manager and service team.
• Handle walk-in guests while balancing reservations during busy service periods.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a positive start to their dining experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservation notes, and special requests.
• Answer calls professionally and provide information about the restaurant, reservations, and events.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work with the team to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished reception area at all times.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ College graduate (Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communications, or a related course preferred)

✔ At least 1–2 years of experience as a Restaurant Host, Receptionist, Guest Relations Officer, or in a customer-facing hospitality role

✔ Experience using restaurant reservation systems is an advantage

✔ Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills

✔ Experience serving foreign guests, expatriates, or international clientele is highly preferred

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

✔ A professional appearance with excellent personal grooming

✔ A positive attitude, genuine hospitality, and a guest-first mindset

✔ The ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
