Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This role is essential in providing high-quality service and upholding the standards of our establishment.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.90-$16.50 per hour
