Hr Assistant

HR OFFICER - PROJECTS

Salary: starts at ₱20,000.00/month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: HR Officer/Manager

About the Role

The HR Assistant for Projects is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, manpower coordination, and staff housing administration. The role ensures timely sourcing, deployment, documentation, timekeeping, and compliance to support operational manpower needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in construction or project-based operations
  • Experience in volume hiring and manpower deployment is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in HR documentation and timekeeping processes
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong records management, accountability, and sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment, Deployment, and Manpower Coordination

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for project/site manpower requirements
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard applicants
  • Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements and contract processing
  • Maintain manpower pool and recruitment database
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with site teams and management
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, absences, and AWOL cases across sites

Staff Housing and Administrative Support

  • Manage staff house sourcing, coordination with lessors, contract processing, occupancy monitoring, and related administrative concerns
  • Monitor staff house utilities and related expenses
  • Cascade company memos and work instructions to site employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, recruitment trackers, and deployment summaries
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for site operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and QMS requirements
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management
