Hr Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment for rank and file positions
• Coordinates with partner agencies with manpower needs
• Conducts new hire orientation
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Management
• With at least one (1) year experience as Recruitment Assistant, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to be based in Teresa, Rizal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Teresa, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
