Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• At least with 2 years of working experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Fresh Graduates with relevant internship are welcome to apply

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from various sourcing channels for vacancies nationwide
• Helps in establishing partnerships with possible sources of candidates (such as schools, organizations and etc)
• Assists in creating pool for current and future vacancies (across all levels)
• Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Attends recruitment events such as job fairs and open house recruitment
• Assists in updating database for sourcing
• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Maintain Candidate Database
• Creation and submission of reports (good with MS Excel and Ppt)
• Will do coordination with APMC and Service Provider
• Ensures consistency in delivering and providing excellent customer service
• Complies with the company’s Code of Conduct
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
