Hr Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding. This role ensures timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational needs, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Manpower Planning & Requisition

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements
  • Review and validate manpower requisition requests (MRFs)
  • Ensure alignment with approved organizational structure and budget

2. Job Posting & Sourcing

  • Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, referrals)
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and headhunting when necessary

3. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Conduct initial resume screening based on job requirements
  • Perform initial interviews (phone, virtual, or face-to-face)
  • Shortlist qualified candidates for further assessment

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure smooth execution
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and update candidate status

5. Assessment & Evaluation

  • Administer exams, assessments, or behavioral interviews as required
  • Evaluate candidates based on competencies, experience, and cultural fit

6. Job Offer & Negotiation

  • Prepare job offers in coordination with HR and management
  • Conduct salary discussions and negotiate within approved budget
  • Ensure timely issuance of employment contracts and documentation

7. Pre-Employment & Onboarding

  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements (medical, background checks, documents)
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment checklist
  • Coordinate onboarding schedule with HR and department heads
  • Conduct or assist in new hire orientation

8. Recruitment Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment tracker and database
  • Monitor hiring progress, turnaround time, and hiring metrics
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports

9. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events

10. Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and systems
  • Support digitalization or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in volume hiring and/or specialized hiring is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
