Human Resources Recruitment Associate

• Utilize proactive sourcing methods across various recruitment channels to identify candidates that meet the company's hiring needs and fulfill recruitment requirements.
• Establish connections with potential candidates, introduce them to the company's culture, values, and job opportunities, stimulate their interest, and encourage them to submit resumes and participate in interviews.
• Communicate with various departments, manage the recruitment process for candidates, including scheduling interviews, following up on candidate statuses, providing timely feedback, handling applications, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain positive collaboration with headhunting firms to ensure a swift response to the company's recruitment needs.
• Participate in recruitment events, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives, actively building and maintaining a network of candidate relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a background in headhunting.
• Extensive recruitment experience, familiarity with various recruitment channels and methods, with a focus on actively sourcing candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passionate, capable of effectively building trust with candidates.
• Ability to independently solve problems and work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Strong ability to learn and understand, can deep understand company business and culture, with the ability to convey them to potential candidates.
