About the Job

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle only warm leads—no cold calling—engaging with prospects already interested in our products. We are looking for a professional closer, not a customer service representative. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of Inside phone Sales, Tele sales or Call Center Sales experience required • Experience selling a recurring revenue product like security alarm and medical devices industry preferred • Proven ability to overcome objections to close deals and exceed sales goals • Energetic, persuasive, and always closing the sale approach • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Five9 dialing system a plus • Ability to speak persuasively to older adults (75+ years old) • Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills Schedule: Training: Virtual Classroom training will occur as follows: • First two weeks - 09:00 – 17:30 EST Monday – Friday Shift: Starting third week or earlier (assuming training and testing has been successfully completed), the hours for this role are as follows: • 11:30 - 20:00 Wednesday • 11:30 - 20:00 Thursday • 11:30 - 20:00 Friday • 11:00 - 19:30 Saturday • 11:00 – 19:30 Sunday Personal breaks (PB) and Lunch break (LB) adherence is important, though because this is a sales position, calls may prevent agent from going on break at exactly these times. Break schedule for this position is noted as follows: • Wed – Friday – PB1 – 13:15-13:30, LB 15:15-15:45, PB2 18:15 – 18:30 • Saturday and Sunday – PB1 13:00 – 13:15, LB 15:15 – 15:45, PB2 17:45 – 18:00

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound sales & outbound sales calls from new leads
  • Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs and overcoming objections
  • Drive for a One call close sale
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on pricing and promotional offerings
  • Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment
