Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Work closely with Managers to execute acquisition and marketing campaigns to drive spends.
• Assist to draft marketing agreements for internal stakeholder’s signoff and renewal of marketing agreements.
• Work with business MIS team on post campaign analysis.
• Monitor competition to maintain competitiveness.

Operational and Process Related

• Prepare regular reports necessary to track performance and effectiveness of channels and programs.
  Collaborate with call centre to manage key concerns and any service-related issues to ensure smooth customer resolution.
• Provide support for invoice processing and any other administrative matters.

Requirements:

• University Degree
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
