This position reports to

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Finance Support in the implementation of finance continuous improvement (CI) process initiatives/fiduciary internal control governance. Assist and coordinate of KPMG audit queries/local statutory filing documentation. Support in government local statutory board reporting and queries. Other finance, fiduciary governance and compliance activities support as assigned. Communication Assist with content creation for employee communications and executive communications. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the communications strategy. Support community giving projects across teams. Event planning and coordination. General administrative and communications support as assigned. Communication Assist with content creation for employee communications and executive communications. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the communications strategy. Support community giving projects across teams. Event planning and coordination.

Qualifications for the role

• Second-year or third-year student in Business or Accounting discipline
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling ideas.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Data Modelling would be a big plus.
