We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed. • Support the Lead of Investment Management in the development of products and fund solutions, which includes the development and/or review of product specifications and documentations, marketing collaterals and sales aids, as well as involvement in UAT. • Support the Lead of SAA/ALM with a variety of ongoing cross-functional strategic portfolio implementation projects, strategic asset allocation reviews, capital management initiatives etc. to aid PACS in delivering sustainable investment performances with efficient capital allocation and risk taking, as well as supporting new business growth and the Group’s ESG goals. • Develop and implement performance, exposure and risk analytics / reports / dashboard to understand portfolio drivers and ensure appropriate risk taking. • Proactively identify, measure and monitor portfolio exposures, limits, risk and the impact of markets developments on portfolios. • Support the Investment team in reviewing and enhancing/streamlining various internal processes.
