Role Description
This is a contract, on-site, Backfill Desktop Support Specialist (L1) role located in Limerick, Ireland. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Printer Support
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
