Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor / Utility Staff to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of company premises. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and able to perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, comfort rooms, pantry, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures
• Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste segregation
• Refill restroom and pantry supplies as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times
• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks when necessary
• Assist in setting up rooms or areas for meetings and events
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs
• Support other utility and messenger-related tasks assigned by management
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• With or without experience as janitor or utility staff
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and dependable
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Good attitude and willing to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience in office or commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Basic maintenance skills are an advantage

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday to Saturday (depending on company policy)
