Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

• Assist in creating proposals, reports, and presentations to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts by understanding client goals and offering tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience is a bonus).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital trends and innovation.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
