Landscape Laborer

We are hiring hard working and reliable landscapers for the 2026 season. Experience is preferred but not required. If you are motivated and willing to learn, we will provide on the job training. There is room to grow into a crew leader roll in future years.

Pay and Benefits

· Starting $17-19hr, plus overtime

· Weekly pay

· 30-minute paid lunch

· 50% paid health insurance after 6 months

· 100% paid health insurance after 1 year

Typical tasks

· Landscape maintenance (cutting grass, weeding, trimming, mulching)

· Fertilizing and other plant treatments

· New landscapes, installations and plantings

· Retaining walls, Hardscapes

· Wood fence installation

· Ensure quality of your own work, and ask for advice when needed from crew leader

Requirements

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor work

· Proficient English or Spanish

· Landscaping experience preferred but not required

· Drivers license preferred but not required

Schedule:

· 7:00am-5:00pm Monday- Thursday, Friday overtime depending on time of year

· 30 minute paid lunch

· Main season beginning of March - end of December

· Possible snow removal during winter

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
