Laundry Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Laundry Attendant.

This is a casual position, working set hours between Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

· Ensure the smooth and efficient washing and drying of clothes and linens, following proper settings and handling

· Neatly fold the clothes and linens according to company standards

· Manage multiple loads simultaneously to optimise efficiency

· Neatly package laundry orders for delivery

· Maintain cleanliness of the machines and facilities at all times

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Assist customers with using any equipment and machines and in time become a subject matter expert on their usage

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines

· Shift & detail cleaning as directed.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Attention to detail

· Ability to follow instructions and procedures

· Time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

· Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and courteous attitude

· The ability to think on your feet and improvise is helpful.
