Tremblay Law Group Professional Corporation is a law firm with offices in North Bay and Sturgeon Falls, specializing in Real Estate, Commercial, Criminal, Civil Litigation, Family, Construction, and Estate Law matters. Services can be provided in French and English. Our Mission is to support our legal operations and ensure that all documentation is accurate and timely.

Summary

Law Clerk position available in North Bay and/or Sturgeon Falls. Experience and bilingualism would be considered an asset. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers in various legal tasks, including research, drafting documents, and managing files. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist Lawyers during client interviews and meetings when required

- Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office efficiency

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Manage real estate closings and deadlines

-Assist with bookkeeping/banking for real estate transactions

Qualifications and Skills

· College, University or other non-university certificate or diploma would be preferred

· No field experience required

Bookkeeping experience required

· No supervision responsibility

· Strong research and writing skills essential for legal documentation and correspondence

· Excellent organizational skills

· Attention to detail is crucial

· Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure

· Familiarity with project management principles is an asset

· Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
