Job Overview
Sugar Dallas is looking for a licensed esthetician to join our growing luxury studio in Dallas. We specialize in sugaring hair removal, airbrush tanning, and brow lamination in a clean, modern, client-focused environment.

Sugaring experience is preferred, but I’m open to training the right person who has a strong interest in hair removal and a great personality. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow a loyal clientele without the overhead of running their own business.

Currently hiring for Mondays and Wednesdays (9am–8pm), with Saturdays added later as the clientele grows.

Responsibilities• Perform sugaring hair removal services professionally and efficiently• Provide excellent client experience and customer service• Help clients feel comfortable and confident• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards• Recommend retail and aftercare products when appropriate• Assist with airbrush tanning and brow lamination services (training available if needed)• Comfortable creating social media content is a plus

Qualifications• Current Texas Esthetician License• Sugaring or waxing experience preferred• Positive attitude and strong work ethic• Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow• Comfortable working independently• Passion for beauty, skincare, and client care
