As our salon continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Lash Artist to join our team.

Overview

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and dependable Lash Artist who is passionate about delivering high-quality lash extentions service and creating an outstanding client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an artist looking to grow their clientele in a high-visibility,rapidly growing downtown location.

Duties

• Perform classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extentions services
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and infection control standards and accordance with Tennessee State Board regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer serivce and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain accurate clinet consulation and service records.
• Recommend retail products and educate clinets on proper aftercare.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and professional salon environment.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active credentials in good standing
• Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions preferred
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele.
