About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create compelling and engaging copies for social media, email marketing, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
• Develop and manage digital content across various platforms.
• Coordinate multiple projects, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Support event planning, activations, and on-ground executions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Assist in social media management, content planning, and campaign implementation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Creative eye with a passion for marketing, branding, and events.
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and in a fast-paced marketing agency setting.
• Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are an advantage.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, events company, or creative environment is a plus.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
