Marketing Research Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Political Science, Statistics, Psychology, Communications Research, Economics and other related fields
  • With at least two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in quantitative and qualitative research methods.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produces high-quality standard and ad-hoc market research reports in a timely manner, including market analysis, competitive assessments, customer satisfaction studies, and resident census reports
  • Provides research support to Marketing, Corporate Planning, Sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Conducts comprehensive research and data analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Develops actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitates informed decision-making across the organization through clear and data-backed findings.
  • Ensures compliance with established research standards, methodologies, and procedures.
  • Maintains thorough documentation of research processes and manage research budgets effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Research: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
