Master Data Intern (End To End Coordination)

What you´ll do

• Confirm and maintain correct values in the local system to minimize errors while enhancing communication skills and attention to detail; Training includes an overview of HAT Data Quality rules and SAP navigation
  
• Contribute to achieving a 10% improvement in finished goods workflow by establishing controls for third-party delays; Develop assertiveness and stakeholder management skills through process deep dives
• Implement practices to ensure data accuracy from the start, activating materials with complete and correct information; Focus on process optimization and the consistency of material data
• Generate, analyze, and present adhoc reports as needed, honing your data analysis and problem-solving skills while learning effective data sourcing and validation techniques

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
• Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
• Intermediate to Advance VBA Macro and Power Query skills
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
• Must be a team player, with good skills in time management; Good analytical skills and attention to details
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
