Lola Pepay’s Meat Shop is a fast-growing neighborhood meat shop committed to providing fresh, quality, and affordable meat products to Filipino families. We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Butcher who takes pride in clean cuts and excellent customer service.

Job Summary

Responsible for cutting, preparing, and handling meat products while ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform proper cutting, slicing, deboning, and portioning of meat
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist walk-in customers in selecting meat cuts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
• Ensure proper storage of frozen and chilled items
• Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation
• Monitor meat quality and report spoilage immediately
• Support daily inventory checking

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With experience as butcher or meat cutter (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in beef, pork, and chicken cuts
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable
• Customer-friendly and service-oriented
• Physically fit and willing to work long hours if needed
• Experience in meat shop is an advantage
