Job Overview

We are currently using vendor support for a specific ramp focused on the Medical Billing Specialist role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Medical Billing Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to patient billing and insurance inquiries.
• Assist patients in understanding billing statements, charges, and insurance coverage.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, claim denials, and rejections.
• Accurately document all interactions in the system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, TCPA, and company policies.
• Escalate complex billing and compliance issues to senior staff when required.
• Educate patients about payment plans, insurance benefits, and financial assistance programs.
• Meet performance targets such as call resolution time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex billing concepts clearly and simply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
