Mover/Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods, assisting with loading and unloading, and providing exceptional customer service during moves. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving box trucks, heavy lifting, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Safely operate a box truck to transport items to various locations.
• Load and unload items efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for heavy lifting tasks.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in loading/unloading operations.
• Experience as a commercial driver with a valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Background in delivery driving or courier services is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly.
