Office Administrator

To provide efficient administrative, clerical, and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursing home while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent customer service to residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and front office duties
- Telephone, email, and correspondence management
- Resident admissions/discharge administration
- Billing and invoicing support
- Staff files, training records, Garda vetting administration
- Payroll/time sheet support
- HIQA compliance documentation support
- Invoice processing and petty cash records
- General office organisation and filing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.15-€14.80 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
