About Us

We’re a growing security services company managing a team of 500+ employees across multiple sites. To improve efficiency and control.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role is communication-heavy and requires someone comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily to coordinate staff, confirm shifts, and handle operational updates.

.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate employee scheduling, including shift assignments and last-minute changes
  • Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily to staff and supervisors
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to confirm availability, resolve scheduling gaps, and provide updates
  • Assist with payroll preparation, time tracking, and verification of hours
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
  • Track and manage company uniforms (issuance, returns, inventory)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills — must be confident and comfortable on the phone
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, call-driven work environment
  • Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail, especially with scheduling and payroll data
  • Proficient in basic office software (Excel, email, etc.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must be willing to learn and grow within the company
