About Us
We’re a growing security services company managing a team of 500+ employees across multiple sites. To improve efficiency and control.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role is communication-heavy and requires someone comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily to coordinate staff, confirm shifts, and handle operational updates.
.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate employee scheduling, including shift assignments and last-minute changes
- Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily to staff and supervisors
- Communicate clearly and professionally to confirm availability, resolve scheduling gaps, and provide updates
- Assist with payroll preparation, time tracking, and verification of hours
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
- Track and manage company uniforms (issuance, returns, inventory)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards
- Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills — must be confident and comfortable on the phone
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, call-driven work environment
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail, especially with scheduling and payroll data
- Proficient in basic office software (Excel, email, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be willing to learn and grow within the company
