Full-Time Exterior Painter – Shamrock Painting (Cowichan Valley)

Shamrock Painting is hiring motivated full-time painters to join our exterior residential painting crews in the Cowichan Valley. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who are comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in a fast-paced environment. No previous painting experience is required — full training is provided.

This position is ideal for students or young adults looking to build skills, work with a strong team, and earn competitive pay over the painting season.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exterior surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking
• Paint residential homes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Load, unload, and organize painting equipment and materials
• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and around job sites
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and crew members
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle or transportation
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry painting equipment
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Availability Monday–Friday
