Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu | What You'll Do Direct pricing analyses across statistical reviews, rate reviews, portfolio insights andadhocrequests, ensuring work isaccurate,timelyand genuinely useful. Lead the creation of clear pricing recommendations that help stakeholders make confident, informed decisions Build strong partnerships across the business by communicating insights simply and guiding stakeholders through analytical outcomes Manage workflow across pricing tasks to support priorities and deadlines set by the Lead Portfolio Contribute to improvements in pricing methodologies and data and analytics practices that lift capability across the team. Coach and support Senior Analysts and Analysts to strengthen their technical skills and analytical thinking

Experience in an analytical role, ideally within insurance or financial services, with confidence, leading pieces of work and guiding others Strong knowledge of pricing concepts, statistical modelling anddatadrivendecision Skills in data manipulation and programming tools such as SAS, Python, R or Tableau Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively and navigate challenges constructively. An interest in coaching others and working collaboratively to solve challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. A tertiary qualification in a quantitative,mathematicalor scientific field.
