Project Coordinator

About the role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project delivery across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. You’ll keep projects on track by coordinating resources, documentation, and meetings.

What you’ll do

• Maintain project schedules, update plans, and track milestones.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-ups.
• Monitor task completion and escalate risks or delays to project managers.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice coordination.
• Support project onboarding, change control, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; attention to detail.
• Prs (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or JIRA) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication; stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with basic budgeting and procurement processes.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certs like CAPM or Prince2 Foundation a plus. Eligible to work in Australia.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in construction, IT, engineering, or professional services.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.

Pay: $30.50 – $60.00 per hour
