QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Nursing, must be a Registered Nurse
• With at least 1 year significant working experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluates Mandatory Benefits

1. Evaluates application of employee SSS Sickness benefits, Philhealth applications and Cash Advancements;

2. Coordinates mandatory benefit applications to HRD for processing

3. Assists in employee inquiries (personal and phone) about mandatory benefits;

Health Care Maintenance & Services

4. Checks the health status of workers and staff who reported to the project clinic for medical consultation;

5. Provides first aid to patients and if necessary refers medical cases to nearby medical facilities / hospital accredited

contracted by the Company;

6. Implements health education program for the project workers and staff through lectures, information kit and posters;

7. Ensures availability of medicines and medical supplies at the project and maintain an inventory report;

Risk Prevention Management

8. Recognizes, detects identifies hazards and safety problems;

9. Evaluation of accidental risks;

10. Determination of corrective actions and improvement programs;

11. Tracking and evaluation of risk control measures;

12. Assumes duties / functions as member of the Project’s Health

Safety and Environment Committee; Technical Development

13. Keeps abreast with events and developments in the project profession to have a properly directed self-development;

Housekeeping

14. Monitor the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the project canteen;

Coordination

15. Maintains timely and useful communication with project management and supervision and with Main Office Safety Department; and

Others

16. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
