Project Nurse

Must be a graduate of BS Nursing

Registered Nurse License

Must have at least 6 months-1 year work experience

Having a seminar/training in COSH is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Nurse is responsible for providing primary healthcare services, first aid, and emergency response on the construction site. The role ensures the health and safety of all personnel by managing work-related injuries, promoting occupational health, and supporting the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and emergency care to workers in the event of accidents, injuries, or health issues on site.

Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and health surveillance data.

Assist in the implementation of site health program.

Monitor and conduct health checks and pre-employment/post-incident medical evaluations when needed.

Support EHS team in accident investigations and prepare health-related incident reports.

Maintain proper inventory and hygiene in the site clinic or first aid station.

Ensure compliance with local health regulations, workplace health policies, and construction safety standards.

Coordinate with local hospitals or emergency services for referrals or serious cases.

Educate workers on basic hygiene, hydration, PPE use, and injury prevention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
