Qc Inspector

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on components in accordance with drawing specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and organize files for inspection documentation.
• Review Inspection Test Plans (ITP) received from suppliers.
• Document and manage inspection and measuring equipment records.
• Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for parts that do not meet standards.
• Interpret test results following the relevant procedures.
• Maintain measurement and testing equipment as necessary.
• Utilise a broad range of measurement and testing instruments.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Make sure the QC document is accurate, up-to-date, well-maintained, and aligns with the applicable Product Engineering and Global QA standard requirements.

Education / Qualifications:

• N Level, Nitec/higher Nitec/diploma or its equivalent

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar field
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, material specifications and requirements.
• Ability to pass dimensional inspection training and testing.
