Residential & Short-Term Rental Cleaner

About Us

NW Cleaners is a Calgary-based residential and short-term rental cleaning company. We help homeowners and Airbnb/STR hosts keep their properties spotless and guest-ready. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential deep cleans and standard recurring cleans
• Complete short-term rental turnovers between guest stays (stripping/making beds, restocking linens and essentials, sanitizing high-touch areas)
• Follow property-specific checklists to ensure consistent, guest-ready standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and report any maintenance issues or damage
• Manage your own time efficiently across multiple properties per shift

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation to travel between Calgary properties
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability, including some weekends (STR turnovers often happen on checkout/check-in days)
• Prior cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour
• Flexible, part-time hours that can fit around school or another job
• Growth potential as we scale — early team members will have opportunities to take on more responsibility
• Supplies and training provided
