We're Hiring: Retail Manager

Location: Letterkenny, Co.Donegal

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy landscaping retail store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail management skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes.
• Lead, motivate, and support the store team.
• Ensure high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence in recommending products and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, stock control, and ordering.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and a strong team-player mentality.
• An interest in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor products would be an advantage.
