Bullspizza Limited is seeking a motivated Retail Manager to join our Souvlaki store in Christchurch. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day retail operations in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decide which products to sell and ensure enough stock is available.
• Maintain good customer service standards.
• Purchase stock and supplies for the business.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
• Set product prices and monitor sales.
• Promote and advertise the business's products and services.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information.
• Keep records of stock, sales, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage budgets and business expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required.
• Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for staff and customers.
• Ability to work in flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills & Experience Required:

Applicants must have either:

• At least two years of relevant management experience; or
• A New Zealand Level 4 qualification (or higher) in any field.
