Salon Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Assist stylists with various salon services, including nails and treatments.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
• Support retail sales by promoting salon products and assisting clients in selecting suitable items.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a seamless salon experience.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
