Senior System Analyst - Moodys

a. Understand business function and analyse users requirements, make a clear scope of project, requirement and build consensus with users

b. Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional requirements/enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements

c. Preparation of Functional, Non Functional & other documents required in compliance to SDM and procure sign off from Users

d. Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases and conduct SIT testing

e. Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing

f. To ensure the design & build is in line with the standard and all deviations are clearly articulated and agreed. The scope should be from sourcing from upstream till the final report generation

g. Review the code to ensure it does not break / Lead to performance issue

h. Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc.)

The candidate must have 15+ years working experience in the following areas: -

a. Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for Regulatory Reporting like MAS637, MAS610, HKMA, BOT, Top20/100 etc.

b. Relevant experience of Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk.

c. Experience in Reporting tools like Moody's Ray, Axiom Controller View etc.

d. Good understanding of core banking and treasury products and data requirement for management accounting or regulatory reporting

e. Good understanding in SDLC phases

f. Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills

g. Capability of self-learning and a quick learner

h. Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization / environment

i. Experience with project management best practices/ methodologies/ project lifecycle

j. Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues in distributed global locations

k. strong knowledge on MS SQL developer and should be able to write sql queries
