Loya is a vibrant restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, drinks, and customer service in a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable team members to join our front-of-house team.

Bartender Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

* Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with licensing regulations.

* Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.

* Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.

* Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities

* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

* Take food and beverage orders accurately.

* Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

* Assist with setting up and clearing tables.

* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements

* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

* Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
