The role

• Own the strategy and organic growth of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Brief our Creative specialist on content formats, hooks, and visual direction
• Build and execute our Facebook community group content strategy
• Monitor platform algorithm behavior and adapt our strategy in real time
• Identify influencer candidates and deliver weekly social analytics reports

You must have

• Show us social accounts you have grown — follower count, engagement rate, before and after
• Platform-native understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithm behavior
• Community management experience — you have built or managed an active group
• Analytics literate — Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics are daily tools
• Can write a scroll-stopping hook in under two minutes

Nice to have

• Experience briefing creative teams
• Influencer marketing experience
• Facebook Groups moderation

This role is not for you if

• Your grown accounts are personal accounts, not brand accounts you managed
• You want to do the design work instead of briefing someone else
• You cannot explain in platform-specific terms why content did or did not perform
