Software (Production Support) Intern

Job Responsibilities : We are looking for a motivated Software (Production Support) Intern Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and monitoring the performance of Razer's product and software
• Help maintain the quality of Razer's products
• Working closely with the product, UI/UX, and development teams

You will be exposed to:

• Manual testing
• Software tools like Jira, and Confluence
• MS Office tools like Word, and Excel

Pre-Requisites :

• Diploma/Undergraduate studies focusing on Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Creative, passionate, and innovative mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proactive, motivated, and a team player
• Manual testing experience is a plus
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months for optimal learning exposure
