Team Lead

Team Lead – Charleville, Co Cork
We are looking for a Team Lead to assist in day-to-day store operations, supporting the Store Manager in ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store.
• Conduct daily checks on stock levels, pricing, and displays.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Take responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in retail.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
