The Scope

The Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventive / breakdown maintenance of all M&E services and building work.
• Carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Operate and carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as generator, fire protection system lighting and power, etc.
• Assist in energy conservation program and participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.
• Construct and repair furniture such as cabinet, cupboard, table, chairs, doors and props.
• Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• At least High School or equivalent, diplomas are an advantage.
• Candidates with less qualifications but more years of working experience can be considered for the position of Technician.

Experience

• At least 1 year of working experience in any M&E-related field.
• Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
