Warehouse Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conducting thorough examinations of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match documentation.
• Checking and confirming the quantity of items against shipping and receiving documents.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, discrepancies, and damages. Updating electronic systems and reports accordingly.
• Effectively communicating inventory status, discrepancies, and relevant information to supervisors and team members.
• Conducting regular physical counts of stock to maintain accuracy and participating in periodic audits.
• Plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory integrity and contributes to the smooth functioning of warehouse operations.
• Prepares order by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Monitor the expiration dates of spices and ingredients and make sure that FIFO/FEFO method is being applied during issuance of materials, especially spices and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With at least 6-months experience as Warehouse Staff, with background in inventory & warehousing
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office and Inventory System
• Data entry and computer skills may be required
• Physically fit & Detail-oriented
• Experience working in cold storage or in restaurant is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in: 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga (Main Warehouse)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
