Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding ongoing status of the active leads
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
