Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Dental Office Manager with at least 15 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the business side of dentistry, and knows how to inspire a team while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Lead, coach, and support team members to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture
• Manage accounts receivable (A/R), collections, and insurance follow-ups effectively
• Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including production and collection goals
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and optimal patient flow
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and office protocols
• Handle patient relations with professionalism and care
• Work closely with the doctor(s) to implement growth strategies and improve overall office performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of dental office management experience
• Proficiency in Open Dental software (required)
• Strong background in A/R, collections, and financial management
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding office goals
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy office environment
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
