Inside Sales Representative

Account Manager / Inside Sales .....Tiny Fish Printing | Rochester, NY

We're looking for an inside sales team member to join our Account Manager team. This role is inbound only, no cold calling. The focus is building relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs, and making sure every order is set up to succeed.

The day-to-day is fast-paced with a lot of multitasking and problem-solving. If you like helping people and thrive in a moving environment, this might be a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the ordering process from start to finish via phone, website, or walk-in
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Provide accurate quotes and follow up until orders are created
• Enter order details accurately into our sales system with clear communication to the production team
• Collect and confirm art details (hi-res files, print locations, dimensions, ink colors, etc.)
• Learn print and ink technicalities and communicate that knowledge to customers and mock-up artists
