Sales Assistant

Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Qualification

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, facilitation, follow-ups, and other documents
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales function
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required to support the General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
