Duties

• Lead comprehensive business analysis initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other analytics tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Manage projects within an Agile framework, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support robust data storage and retrieval.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes utilizing Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA to ensure accurate data integration from diverse sources.
• Collaborate on the development of analytical models using R, Python, and analysis skills to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for analytics projects, ensuring quality standards are met from inception through deployment.
• Facilitate business process improvements by creating detailed documentation with Visio and conducting analysis using SQL and analysis skills.
• Support data governance initiatives by working with linked data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment with a focus on analytics and project management.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle), Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and related tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices.
• Expertise in database design, data analysis skills, ETL processes, and working with linked data sources.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis techniques such as process modeling (Visio) and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms like Oracle databases or Looker is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings clearly. Pay: From $40.00 per hour
