Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a top-tier dining experience
• Operate POS systems such as square POS for smooth order processing and cash handling
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen sanitation practices
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to promote repeat business
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow. Mop and sweep dinning experience rooms.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly 1 yr plus
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations quickly, and manage transactions efficiently
• Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols within the food industry
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume service times
• Knowledge of serving techniques, upselling strategies, and hospitality standards to elevate guest experiences
